Extras for Creative Learning accepts two kinds of donations:

1. Financial donations which support our organizational efforts

2. Donation of materials that fit our guidelines

Financial Donations

Financial donations are accepted at any time and can be made via our secure online donation form. Your gift of any size helps support the efforts of public school teachers and others needing low cost supplies for creative learning projects and programs.

How financial donations help

Donations will be used to provide professional development or membership scholarships to help teachers, children, parents, and artists.

$350 donation keeps a truckload of great materials, like binders, poster board, and art supplies, out of the waste stream

$700 donation covers the cost of a full day of operation; including being open 9 hours for teachers and other members to shop.

$500 donation helps 600 pounds of materials find their way into schools.

$1,200 donation helps us make 6 pick-ups and save 4,700 cubic feet of material from going into a landfill (about 6 classrooms filled floor to ceiling).

Material Donations

We accept donations of any quantity – one box to many boxes and bags of the following materials. We are looking for items in good condition that teachers, students, parents or artists can use, such as, but not limited to:
